Bought on whop.com

Link a purchase made on Whop to the account you sign in to here.

Tradeus is also sold on whop.com. A purchase made there cannot know which Tradeus account it is for — you sign in here with Discord, and Whop has never heard of that account — so it arrives unlinked, and until it is linked it gives you nothing. Linking takes one sign-in.

Sign in with the Discord account you want the subscription on. With no subscription yet, the screen you land on has a line under the plans: Bought Tradeus on whop.com? Link your purchase. The page is also at my.tradeus.app/link-whop.

Sign in with Whop
Press Sign in with Whop and sign in to Whop with the account you bought with. Whop asks you to allow it once.

Back here, linked
Whop sends you back and the page says what happened. Every active Tradeus membership on that Whop account is now on this Tradeus account, and renewals, cancellations and changes you make on Whop reach it by themselves from then on.

What Whop tells us

Only who you are on Whop

Your Whop user id — the same id Whop attached to the payment. We ask for nothing else: no email, no name, no payment details, and nothing that could read or change your other Whop purchases.

Nothing is kept

The sign-in is used once, to read that id, and thrown away. What stays is the link itself: this Whop account belongs to this Tradeus account.

When it does not link

Nothing found

The Whop account you signed in with has no active Tradeus purchase. Check it is the one you paid with; if you paid a minute ago, wait for Whop to confirm and try again.

Already subscribed

This Tradeus account already has an active subscription, and it is never switched to a second one — two subscriptions would both charge. Cancel the one you do not want on Whop.

Linked to another account

A Whop account belongs to one Tradeus account. Sign in with the Discord account you used before, or write to support.

Expired

A sign-in has to be finished within ten minutes, in the same window, from the same Tradeus account that started it. Start again.

Trials bought on whop.com

The Algo trial follows the same rule on whop.com as it does here: it is for an account whose broker login has not been through Tradeus before, and that has not had one already. If this account would not have been offered the trial, the purchase is still linked — but access begins with the first payment at the end of the trial rather than with the trial itself.
