Billing & cancellation

See what you pay, stop it, change your mind — without leaving the site.

Billing lives in the account menu in the top right, under Billing — in the app and on the public site alike. The page shows the plan you are on, what it costs, the date it renews, and every payment taken — and it is where the subscription ends, in two clicks, with no email to anyone.

Open without a subscription
Billing is the one page that stays open when a subscription has ended. Your payment history is yours, and the button that starts the plan again is on it — so the page you need after cancelling is never the page you are locked out of. Everything the subscription pays for stays behind the subscription.
  1. 1
    Cancel
Press Cancel subscription and confirm. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for and nothing is charged after it — the card on the page shows the exact end date.
  2. 2
    Change your mind
Until that end date the same card shows Resume subscription. One press and the plan continues as if nothing happened — same price, same renewal day.
  3. 3
    Change the card
The one journey that leaves the site: Update payment method opens your page on Whop, the merchant of record, because card details never touch Tradeus.
Cancelling a trial
Same button. Cancel during the trial and the card is never charged; access still runs to the trial's end.
What the statuses mean
Active
Paid and renewing. The next charge lands on the renewal date shown.
Trial
Free until the date shown, then the first charge — unless cancelled before it.
Past due
A charge failed and Whop is retrying the card. Access continues while it retries; updating the card usually resolves it.
Canceling
Cancelled, with paid-for time still running. Resume stays available until the end date.
Monthly, quarterly or yearly
The billing page states the cycle you are actually on, and the renewal date is the end of that cycle — on a yearly plan the next charge is a year out, not a month. Cancelling always runs the time you have paid for to its end, so a quarterly subscription cancelled in its first week keeps access for the rest of the quarter. To move to another cycle or another plan, open the pricing page while signed in: your own card is marked there and the others lead in one press to your order page at Whop, where a running subscription is changed. Nothing is split up by doing so — your accounts, strategies, groups and locks are attached to your Tradeus account, not to the subscription.

The payments listed are the ones Whop took for this account; each also has its receipt in your email from Whop, and refunds, where they apply, are made by Whop to the card that paid. Who the seller actually is — and why the name on your statement is Whop's — is on Plans and billing.
