Copy one account's trades to all your other accounts
The copier starts from an ACCOUNT, not from a signal: whatever the leader does, the followers do too, sized for themselves. That is the difference from everything else on this site. If your decisions come from a chart alert, you want a strategy; if they come from you trading one account by hand, you want this.

Before you start
- At least two connected accounts — one to lead, one or more to follow. They may sit at different prop firms and on different brokers.
- Any Tradeus plan. Manual runs one copy group; Algo and Unlimited run as many as you want.
- A per-follower risk figure, or nothing, if you want size copied one for one.
The numbers
- Copy groups on Manual
- One
- Copy groups on Algo and Unlimited
- Unlimited
- Followers per group
- Unlimited on every plan
- Broker connections counted
- Never, on any plan
- Readiness refresh
- About every 20 seconds
- Brokers a group may span
- All of them — leader and follower need not match
Step by step
What to do, in order.
- 1
Connect every account first
Connect as many brokers and logins as you hold — no plan counts them. A target account may perfectly well sit at a second prop firm on a different platform, and the copier does not care which broker either side is on.
- 2
Create a group and pick the leader
A group is one leader account and any number of followers. One group is one source account, which is the thing the plans separate: Manual has one group, Algo and Unlimited have as many as you like. Followers are never counted on any plan.
- 3
Give each follower its own risk, not its own size
Set a dollar amount each follower should risk per trade, and contracts are worked back from the stop distance — so a $25k evaluation and a $150k funded account follow the same hand without the small one blowing up. Leave the risk empty to copy the leader's size one for one instead.
- 4
Set the three guards on each follower
Max contracts is a ceiling applied after the calculation. Minimum stop distance, in points, guards against a tiny stop turning into an enormous position. At least one contract rounds up rather than skipping the trade when the maths lands below one. All three are per follower, because the accounts are not the same size.
- 5
Read the readiness panel before you trade, not after
The copier tells you whether it would copy the NEXT trade — before there is one — and each blocker names what is wrong: not connected, routing disabled, not armed yet, group paused, manual fills excluded, follower disabled, blind. Readiness refreshes about every twenty seconds rather than streaming, so a change you just made can take a moment to appear. That delay is in the display, not in the copying.
- 6
Take one small trade and watch it land
Open a single contract on the leader and watch it appear on the followers, then close it and watch the close copy too. Closing works the same way as opening. The group also has its own flatten, which closes every follower at once.
What goes wrong
Named after the message you will see.
Each of these is a line from the event log or from TradingView, written as it appears — because that is the string you will paste into a search box at the moment you need this page.
“Not armed yet”
The copier has not completed its first comparison of leader and follower positions, so it does not yet know what "changed" means. It is a startup state, not an error, and it clears itself — but a trade taken during it is not copied.
“Manual fills excluded”
Whether trades you take by hand on the leader are copied at all is a server-side setting, not a per-group toggle. If you rely on hand-taken trades being copied — and for a copier that is the usual case — check the readiness panel before you trade rather than after.
“Blind”
The broker has stopped answering. Copying continues for a short grace period and then stops, which is the right order: a few seconds of stale data is survivable, a minute of it is not.
A second group is refused
Manual runs one copy group. A group that already exists is never taken away, so this only ever appears when you create the second one. Followers are not what is limited — adding another target account is unlimited on every plan.
Questions
Asked before buying, answered either way.
Can the leader and the followers be at different prop firms?
Yes, and on different brokers. Connect as many logins as you hold; no plan counts broker connections. A Rithmic leader can drive Tradovate followers.
Do the followers trade the same size as the leader?
Only if you ask them to. Give a follower a dollar risk per trade and contracts are worked back from the stop distance, so every account risks the same money rather than trading the same size. Leave the risk empty and it copies one for one.
Are trades I take by hand copied?
That is a server-side setting rather than a toggle on the group. The readiness panel says plainly whether hand-taken trades are being copied right now, and it says it before the trade rather than after.
What happens when the leader closes?
The close is copied, the same way the open was. The group also carries its own flatten, which closes every follower at once.
Does the copier need a TradingView subscription?
No. The copier has nothing to do with TradingView, webhooks or Pine — it starts from an account. That is also why it is on every plan, including the one with no webhook endpoint.
