Questions

Asked before signing up, answered before signing up.

Including the two whose honest answer is not the convenient one.

Rules & risk

Will my prop firm allow this?

That is between you and them, and the rules differ per firm and sometimes per account. Read your firm's terms on automation, copy trading and third-party tools before you connect. We do not guarantee that any particular firm permits it, and a breached account is not something we can undo.

Is this investment advice?

No. Tradeus is software that acts on instructions you configure. It never decides what to trade. We are not a broker, not a financial institution and not an asset manager, and we never hold your money.

What happens if the broker rejects an order?

It is recorded with whatever the broker said, and it stays visible in the logs. Nothing is retried behind your back — a retry you did not ask for is a second position you did not want.

Setup & brokers

Which brokers work today?

Tradovate, Rithmic and TradeLocker. If your firm issues you credentials for one of those, you can connect it — as many accounts on the platform as you hold, and the number of them never changes the price.

Do I need to leave my computer on?

No. The endpoint, the risk checks and the copier all run on our side. Your alert goes from TradingView to us to your broker, and none of that path is your machine.

Do I have to rewrite my alerts?

No. The endpoint accepts the message format the ecosystem already uses, so an alert you are firing at another service today can be pointed here unchanged. The original field names stay valid as aliases.

Can I try it without a funded account?

Yes. An evaluation account connects exactly like a funded one — same platforms, same risk checks, same log — so you can run this on the account you are currently trying to pass, which is also where a copier is worth the most. Nothing here requires you to be funded first.

Billing

Who am I actually buying from?

Whop. It is the merchant of record for the subscription, which means Whop is the seller, takes the payment, charges any tax, issues the receipt and handles refunds. Tradeus operates the software you get access to. The checkout runs inside this site, so you never leave — but the name on your statement is Whop's.

Which plan do I need?

Nothing you own is counted on any plan, so the question is not how many accounts you have — it is how the orders get placed. If you place them yourself and want them mirrored across every account: Manual. If a TradingView alert should place them for you, with risk-dollar sizing and the AI: Algo. If you run more than three strategies at once, each with its own endpoint: Unlimited.

How do I cancel?

From your account, at any time, without emailing anyone. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and Whop takes no further payment.

Can I get a refund?

Consumers in the EU have 14 days to withdraw. Because access opens the moment you pay, you are asked to confirm at the checkout that you want it to start immediately — which is what ends that right once the service has been fully performed. The refund itself is made by Whop, since Whop took the payment; write to us and we pass it on. The Terms spell out how it works.

Do I get an invoice, and what about VAT?

Yes, from Whop. As merchant of record Whop is the seller on the receipt, works out the tax for the country you are buying from and shows it on the document — so a receipt from an EU country carries that country's VAT, and a business buyer can enter a VAT number at the checkout for the reverse-charge treatment. Every receipt stays in your Whop account and is emailed when the payment goes through. Tradeus never issues the invoice and never sees your card.

Still open

Two things we will not pretend to know.

Whether your firm permits it

Automation and copy-trading rules differ per firm, and sometimes per account within the same firm. We do not have a list that stays true, so we do not publish one. Read your own account's terms before you connect it.

Whether you will make money

Tradeus executes what you configure. It does not improve a strategy, and it will place a losing trade on every connected account exactly as reliably as a winning one. Trading futures carries a high risk of loss.

Still one question short?

Ask it before you pay rather than after. One address, and it is read by the people who build this.
