Purpose of this service
Tradeus is software that connects a trader's own brokerage account to their own automation — it routes the orders you or your strategies ask for, and it reports what the broker did. It is not a broker, not a bank, and not an investment firm. It holds no client money and executes nothing on its own account.
No investment advice
Nothing shown in Tradeus is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Trading futures and other leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss, including loss beyond your deposit. Past performance — yours, anyone else's, or a strategy's — does not predict future results. Every decision you take with this software is your own.
Editorial direction (Blattlinie)
Tradeus publishes information about its own software, about the brokers and prop firms it connects to, and comparisons with competing products. The direction of that publishing is to describe what the software does and does not do accurately, including where a competitor is the better answer, and to state the risks of leveraged trading plainly rather than quietly. It serves no party, association or third-party interest. How the comparisons are written, and how to get a claim corrected, is set out in the comparison clause in the Terms.
Consumer disputes
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists; any link to it elsewhere on the web is out of date. If you have a complaint, write to support@tradeus.app — it reaches a person, and it is the fastest route to having something looked at. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, which does not affect your right to go to court.
