Symbol names per account

One signal, each account's own name for the instrument.

Brokers name the same instrument differently: the chart sends BTCUSDT, one broker lists BTCUSD, another NAS100 as US100, a third a share as AAPL.US. Before any order leaves, Tradeus translates the signal's symbol into each account's own name — separately for every follower of a copy group and every account following a strategy.

1. Your mapping
If you saved a mapping for this account, it wins.
2. The broker's list
Otherwise Tradeus looks the symbol up in the instruments the account's broker offers: the exact name, a stablecoin quote read as dollars (BTCUSDTBTCUSD), the usual index names (NAS100 / US100 / USTEC) and a suffixed share (AAPLAAPL.US).
3. Unchanged
Futures accounts use the symbol exactly as sent.
No match means no trade — never a guess
If the broker has nothing that fits, or two instruments that fit equally (AAPL.US and AAPL.DE), that account is skipped and the event log names the account and the symbol it lacks. Nothing is sent to the broker. The other accounts trade as usual.

To fix it, open the account's mapping — the button beside a follower on Trade Copier, or Symbol mapping in a strategy subscription's settings — and add a line: what the signal sends on the left, what this account calls it on the right. A mapping belongs to the account, so it applies to every group and strategy that account trades in. Exits use the same translation.

Sizing follows the translated instrument: a CFD that happens to be called ES is sized by its broker's lot size, not by the CME contract of the same name.
