Trades are stored in UTC and bucketed in your time zone, which is why a trade at 22:30 UTC can appear on the next weekday. The zone in use is printed on the panel rather than hidden in a tooltip, because a "best hour" answered in the wrong clock is the kind of wrong nobody notices.

Bucketed under a minute, to five, fifteen, an hour, four hours, and beyond. Trades with no recorded open time go in
No open time — never into the shortest bucket, which would make an unknown look like a scalp.Tags
A trade with two tags is counted under both, so tag totals deliberately add up to more than the account total. The panel says so, and also says how many distinct trades carry any tag.
